Website purpose
These terms describe use of the Truck Guys website. The website presents vehicle information and accepts inquiries. It does not accept an online purchase, payment, deposit, or financing application. An inquiry does not reserve a vehicle or create a purchase, financing, shipping, or service agreement. A vehicle transaction requires the appropriate separate agreement.
Vehicle listings and availability
Availability changes as vehicles arrive and sell. “IN STOCK” indicates a vehicle listed as currently available; confirm its availability before traveling. “COMING SOON” indicates an anticipated vehicle, with details and timing subject to confirmation. “SOLD” indicates a historical listing and is not an offer of current availability.
Review the actual vehicle's VIN, equipment, condition, mileage, title status, and specifications with us before purchase. Photographs show the vehicle or the context described in the listing; category imagery and general category descriptions do not establish the specifications of every vehicle in that category. Payload, towing, passenger capacity, accessibility features, driver-license requirements, and commercial operating requirements depend on the specific vehicle and use. Confirm manufacturer ratings and applicable requirements.
Inspections and preparation do not guarantee a vehicle's condition or suitability for every purpose. Ask about inspection records and consider an independent pre-purchase inspection. Any salvage or rebuilt title status, known material disclosures, warranty, or “as is” sale must be addressed in the listing and transaction documents as required by law.
Prices and transaction information
Advertised prices must comply with applicable advertising law. For Georgia vehicle advertisements, required dealer-imposed charges must be included in the advertised price; applicable government taxes, tag, title, and other government fees permitted by law may be additional. We provide the applicable itemized transaction price before a purchase agreement. A website disclaimer does not authorize undisclosed mandatory dealer fees.
We aim to keep listings accurate. If we discover a genuine error, we will correct it and explain relevant changes before you enter a transaction. These terms do not excuse misleading advertising or waive rights relating to an advertised price. Shipping, registration in another state, inspections, financing, and other services require separate confirmation where offered. No listing guarantees credit approval or a financing rate.
Warranties and consumer rights
Vehicle warranty terms, if any, are specified in the applicable written warranty, Buyers Guide where required, and sales documents. These website terms do not create a vehicle warranty, override those documents, disclaim an express warranty, or remove rights that cannot legally be waived. The FTC Used Car Rule and other vehicle requirements apply according to the type of vehicle and transaction.
Inquiries and communications
Provide accurate contact information and only information necessary for your request. Do not submit payment details, Social Security numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive records through ordinary inquiry forms. Our Privacy Policy explains handling of website information.
Submitting a form authorizes a response about that request. It does not, by itself, authorize unrelated promotional subscriptions or automated marketing calls or texts. External messaging services are governed by their own policies.
Acceptable use and website content
You may view the website and use its inquiry features for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate someone, submit unlawful content, or collect other users' personal information. Website text, logos, and images are owned by Truck Guys or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. You may make ordinary personal-use copies; commercial reproduction requires permission or another lawful basis.
External links and website operation
Links to Facebook, maps, or other services are provided for convenience. Those services are separately operated. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt the website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation and are not responsible for losses caused solely by website outages or third-party services outside our reasonable control. This does not limit responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, obligations in a vehicle-sale agreement, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law, changes, and contact
These website terms are governed by applicable United States law and Georgia law, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights available in your state. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
